Our approach is to uncover better ways of improving, governing, controlling, and assuring change within an organization, leading by example and helping others to accomplish it.
YRCG is experienced applying the fundamentals of management within the triple constraints of time, costs and quality to achieve optimal outcomes for our customers. YRCG has developed Risk Management Plans, Quality Plans, Program Management Plans, Business Cases, Organizational Conflict of Interest Plans, Security and System Security Plans and Strategic White Papers. We offer a wealth of experience in Scheduling, Scope Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk and Issue Management and Governance.
YRCG has capability developing curriculum and delivering training, some of our staff hold Master Training Instructor certification, and Curriculum Developer experience. We offer a highly competent Program Management team with proven expertise in Security, Policy, Planning, Doctrine, Organization, Training, Leadership, Logistics and Facility Maintenance.
